Many HDB dwellers actually believe that they have a share of the land where their block stands like condo residents who own a strata title.
when HDB, Town Council, MND, SCDF and SPF all kowtow to coolie genes residents who dare defy the Singapore Laws, there is nothing much affected neighbours can do but to live with the conditions that their voted incompetent government and silver servants had closed 2 blind eyes .... moral of the story .... if U dare break the Singapore Laws .... most of the time Singapore Government will kowtow to U and let U be .....
