The normal name of the travel agency, I think. But the main thing is the professionalism of agents. I had different experiences and even situations when a travel agent cheated on the price of air tickets. I know that business class flights are more expensive but good travel agents can buy cheap business class airline tickets on the consolidator especially for their regular customers. It is the services of such tour operators that I want to use and return to them again and again.
