If the iPhone falls out of favor how on earth are they going to pay the bills?

they have about $200b in cash to pay down on maintenance, groundskeeping, water, electricity, garbage disposal and sewage bills for 69 years. there's no lease or rental as they own the land and building freehold, and appreciation of land alone will cover overhead expenses for 6.9 decades. and if everything tanks, they can fly that spaceship. :p
