​ 　　浙江在线03月22日讯3月20日中午，一名网名“@刘升濠”的网友在微博上爆料： 　　在宁波奉化电信局旁边一家手机店的工作人员，将一名女客户的手机进行了维修，而原本机主已删除的裸照也都被恢复过来，此技术人员非常牛逼，全部拷贝出来，放在了样板机的上面。而每个来此店光顾的人，都一一欣赏。这说明iPhone系统的可怕性，此案件已有关部门调查当中。 　　删除的照片被还原？如今用苹果的人越来越多，该如何保护自己的隐私，成为了很多人关注的话题。 　　律师称，店家和维修工这样的行为已经形成了侵权，维修工可能要被追究刑事责任。 　　目前，这名维修人员已被拘留。 　　手机店答复：确有此事但不方便透露 　　昨天上午，记者来到了微博上指明的这家手机店，在店里，记者并没有看到任何一个维修人员。 　　一位工作人员得知记者的来意之后表示，领导不在店里，目前店里也没有任何负责人在场。 　　这位工作人员表示，“艳照门”事件的确存在，但双方就这事已经私下调解，关于其他，这位工作人员不愿多说。 　　记者从相关部门证实，机主是一位20多岁的年轻女子，事发后其男友跑到店里讨说法，结果店家报了警。 　　目前，这名维修人员已被拘留。 　　“该如何定性，还很难确定，这就要看这名维修人员当时的主观性是无意还是故意。”一位不愿透露姓名的民警说。 　　律师说法：这个店家和维修工已侵权 　　浙江亿站 律师事务所常晓波律师告诉记者，依据《侵权责任法》的相关规定，维修店与该修理工的做法已经严重侵犯了女机主的隐私权和名誉权，被侵权的女机主有权要求维 修店和这名修理工共同承担侵权责任。从目前来看，该事件对女机主已经造成了严重的精神损害，女机主可以要求维修店与该修理工共同支付精神抚慰金。 　　依据《治安管理处罚法》第42条的规定，该修理工的行为已经触犯了治安管理法规，应当受到治安处罚，至于该修理工的行为能否依据《刑法》追究其刑事责任，要看公安机关对照片的定性以及上传到电脑上的照片数量及浏览人数来确定。 　　浙江甬建律师事务所郭敬伟律师认为，如果这位维修工，只是将这些裸照供自己欣赏，那么，他侵犯了女客户的个人隐私，应该承担相应的责任，而如果这位维修工，向其他人传播了这些照片，并且达到一定人数，那么他就犯了传播淫秽物品罪，是要负刑事责任的。 　　郭敬伟对记者说，这位维修工，把照片放在样板机上面，供来店光顾的人一一欣赏，他就有可能已经犯了传播淫秽物品罪，具体还要看传播的时间人数等因素。 　　那么，女客户能不能追究苹果店的责任呢？郭敬伟说，刑事责任的主体只能是自然人，不能是公司，但如果维修工是在履行职务的过程中犯的罪，女客户可以把技术员和店家一并告到法院，可以对店家提起民事赔偿诉讼。

Dun own an Iphone but with any other phone, just save your very personal data on your SD Card or whatever ext storage your phone use. When U send your phone for repairs, take out the card. If possible reset settings before send in for repairs. Of coz if U send out funny funny emails or sms still stored on your phone then cannot help.

Not true! Android phone and most other phones than Apple's have micro-SD cards to let you remove your data from phone at any time. You can also pop that into any other phone instantly. Also pop that into PC to copy / move edit data using micro-SD card reader. You need not connect entire phone using USB wire.

When your phone is broken, you can swap phones, just pop out SD cards & SIM cards, that's it. Send your empty phone for repair or sell it. You can share phone with your spouse or children, interchange phones, what so ever. No photos nor videos will stick in the phone memory.

Apple i-Phone / i-Pad sucks big time, because they won't ahve any such pop-out memory cards at all.

Yup, instead of using my 3GS as a trade-in when I got my 4s, I went to the web and ordered a battery kit and tried to dismantle the old phone to change the battery. After 10mins of trying to pry it open, I finally succeeded but the whole phone looked like a brain that was bombed to pieces. In the end, I just threw the phone away

I've been using Apple products due to my work, hardly any complains about it. They will never be as fucked up as Microsoft (so far now lah... hahaha).
