Condominium serial thief arrested

SINGAPORE - A 48-year-old man suspected to be a serial thief was arrested on May 1.
In a statement to the media, the police said that the man is believed to be responsible for a series of thefts at a condominium along Cashew Road.
The police had received several reports from August 2012 to April this year about several items being stolen; majority of which were bicycles.
On April 26, the police were able to identify the man when he was caught on a CCTV stealing a bicycle.
It is believed that he had committed 10 cases of theft: 8 involving bicycles, and 2 golf bags.
If found guilty he can jailed up to 3 years, or fined, or both.
