That land is so polluted after having decades of POL dumped on it. It used to be a small marshy field at one corner of the keat hong camp that had orange coloured m&d, which stinks and a sheen of oil on the surface. The SAF used to buy all the 50 gallon empty drums from industrial factories and some of them still contained toxic chemicals. All these drums were stored on the Keat Hong camp before taking out to Area D for use in target practice. I predict all these HDB dwellers who are living there now will get cancer in another 10 years.
