As compared to SG's best of the best beachfront condo - newest Cape Royal at Sentosa Cove with xia suay 99-year lease and view of Singapore Straits, commercial vessels and recently tio oil slick become like black sea...LOL...
This is the best view from Cape Royal condo with that farking irritating unsightly floating buoys which police say have to install to stop illegal immigrants, LOL.

As for those condo at East Park, even more pathetic with ranjiao commercial vessel and building views...
Even taking one of their best condo with 'seaview' - Silversea condo... left and right side all commercial vessels waiting for oil slick accident to happen only...damn xia suay NBCB...:
