Wei Neng started his career in the Singapore Police Force (SPF), serving his scholarship bond after graduation from NUS. Why is he driving when nobody wants the service? Don't they have a taxi drivers club where they csn have a cheap non alcoholic beer and play pool or just lay down to rest during lean PERIODS?.
