位於陽明山的中國文化大學大典館今天冒出陣陣火煙，台北市消防局獲報，立即出動36輛各式車輛和99人馳援，晚間6時15分許救出16人，其中兩女送醫搶救中。據校方人士指出，重傷的兩人是景觀系四年級李姓及陳姓女學生，分別送往新光醫院與台北榮總，文大校長徐興慶、學務長方元沂也第一時間即分別前往醫院了解現況。

北市消今天下午5時1分獲報指出，台北市士林區的文化大學大典館4樓教室起火，現場冒出陣陣火煙，立即派出水箱車22輛、雲梯車1輛、特種車6輛、救護車7輛及99人前往救援。

發生火災的大典館為8層樓高建築物，事發當時有14人逃到6樓陽台避難，並無安全疑慮，隨後由消防員以雲梯車陸續帶下脫困。
另外，在6樓男廁也救出兩女。其中一名女性現場無呼吸心跳，送往新光醫院搶救；另一名女子意識模糊，送往榮總醫院救治。
北市消說，火災現場受困者已全數救出，共計救出9男7女，其中兩女送醫搶救，身份仍待後續確認。

有一名脫困的男同學受訪表示，他和同學們是聽到火警警報，隨即躲到陽台等待救援；另一名脫困男學生一獲救後就和現場同學互相擁抱，期間可看到不少獲救者的臉部都被濃煙燻黑。
現場火勢於晚間6時22分撲滅，詳細起火原因仍待後續調查釐清。
