The Suzhou-Singapore industrial park was once hailed as a great collaboration between Singapore and China. In short, Singapore pumped in money to help Suzhou developed a industrial park. It was supposed to be run ?jointly? by the Singapore authorities and the Suzhou state government. Of course in the end, we all know who is running it now.
How much money did Singapore pay for this ?learning experience? ? Who should take responsibility for this gross judgement ?error? ?

The "good" thing about having no one to answer to, is that the the guilty gets to make more mistakes, and greater mistakes.

If there is one thing to fear in Singapore, it is the fear of Singaporeans not standing up for themselves, and their hard earned money

We have all seen it in real and reel life. The man who had been screwed, for the sake of saving face, will keep returning to be screwed again and again by the host who will offer the welcome and hospitality fit for a king because the money is in the hands of the King.

Two words to describe PAP govt in Suzhou saga: Arrogant and Naive.

What happened has happened. What to do? Let's move on.

However, keep a close watch over the ongoing Tianjin project to see if they have gone past kindergarten when dealing with PhD's in con jobs.
