It is a shady business.

1. Why do money lenders lending money to foreign workers with a flight risk?
2. Foreigners also can easily loot the money from the lenders to borrow the funds and then playing shit like calling Police not to pay back.
3. Singapore law and order may help foreigners not the locals because it is an illegal business.
4. My main concern is that several banks in Singapore used to lend money legally to CECA as their income is not bad, but they won't payback in full but return to their CECA land once and for all after looting SG funds. SG banks also would not claim their money from CECA. Are SG banks stupid for unable to get back their funds?? or is it a way of supporting CECA??
