Ya lah. Common Law takes precedent from the past.
Don't think they will sacrifice any existing MP and create another BE opportunity elsewhere. If there is going to be a BE, it would be a past loser like OYK and DC or someone who wears uniform because they are many of this type who are quite fed up with what they are doing now.
