Staff medical claims are the highest in cleaning industry. Most of them are older or weaker with chronic issues, or they might slip and fall in the course of the work.

very hard to keep workers, even foreign ones. high turnover if they see this condition every meal time. they will just bolt and work for another f&b joint that's less messy. must pay higher wages to keep them and that will hurt the margin.
