these cronies are being managed, when you look at their CVs, you can't spot any dirt. once you are in their league, you know one day you will spearhead some organisation. pity, he was not a perm sec, i think they are better paid and less work load.

Mr Clarence Ti Boon Wee, current chief executive of a government agency under the Ministry of Finance, has been named Ngee Ann Polytechnic's new principal with effect from May 1, after its former principal Chia Mia Chiang left to become president of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
Mr Chia had headed Ngee Ann for 14 years.
His successor, Mr Ti, comes from Vital, an agency which handles appointment, payroll and training functions, among other things. Since 2010, he has led 500 officers as chief of Vital, which supports 80,000 civil servants across more than 100 government agencies.
In all, Mr Ti has served more than 15 years in the public sector, holding positions in the Economic Development Board, Singapore Land Authority and Ministry of Law.
