if i am not mistaken, CHC's $310m stake is only in Suntec International Convention Centre - that standalone building where the IT shows are held.

The convention centre has auditorium space, expo space, ballrooms & function rooms, downstairs F&B outlets.

I am sure it does not include the whole shopping complex (carrefoure & the rest), or the 5 towers or the fountain & food court.

Car park maybe share share.....

So NCC who uses the Rock auditorium is not paying rental to CHC....

tax laws should be revamped to include revenue generated by religious organizations. maybe 1st 10m tax free, 20% on everything after that.

All charities do not do receipts for donations so why do the law catch people.
