【星島日報報道】美籍男子Joseph Aron因涉及多次酒後性騷擾，今早到台灣士林地方法院開庭，報到時隔著玻璃窗對2名女法警露出淫笑，接著到法院內的郵局騷擾一名媽媽，又轉而抓向門口正在執勤的女法警臀部，隨即跑到2樓，對大學剛畢業的女翻譯員摸臀，正想要逃跑時，被趕來支援的警員逮捕，女法警則控告這名襲臀美籍男性騷擾，預計下午將送回士林地檢署複訊。
警方表示，36歲美籍男子約Joseph Aron今早 (21日) 9時10分因性騷擾案件開庭，他8時40分就站在士林地院法警室窗口環顧四周，見女法警坐在玻璃窗內，隨即眼神曖昧地向她不停傻笑，女法警隨刻通知其他人上前了解情形。
Joseph Aron隨即跑到郵局櫃台，用身體貼上一名媽媽的手臂，說自己名叫「Tom」，這名媽媽認為他是變態，隨即準備報警。Joseph Aron跑到管制門旁，見女法警正進行安全檢查，竟從後方摸女法警臀部，隨後跑到2樓法庭外，該女警立刻通知轄區派出所。
美籍男子躲到法庭外仍不肯罷休，見法庭外年輕女翻譯員，正在處理報到程序，又從後方再摸對方，在他往外逃跑時被趕到的警員拘捕。

After reporting to the police, two women policemen showed signs of licentiousness and then harassed at the post office in the court.
