Chop Chop Car Workshop is feeling angry.

Had to post this. This makes us so angry but unfortunately is very common.

Some buffoon from another workshop destroyed one of the suspension bolts on a customer's car. The bolt almost snapped off as we were taking it out and it's structural integrity was totally ruined. So the customer had to buy a new one.

The bolt got destroyed because the lazy mechanic who did the work did not bother to align the suspension parts properly and instead used an impact gun to "beat" the bolt into the hole. Pure laziness.

Customer had recently patronized both another independent workshop and, right before us, the official agent workshop for suspension work. So it's anyone's guess who did this. But in our experience with official agent workshops, this type of shoddy and lazy work does happen also.

Shameless plug: something like this will never ever happen at our shop. We aren't the cheapest shop around, but we guarantee our work is one of the highest quality you'll find.

When you see a workshop use a pneumatic impact wrench instead of a torque wrench, stay away.

if need body work, there’s a bodyshop in amk auto repair hub that is good and will quote accurately and reasonably. those around it floors up and down are erratic and their quotes vary from very high to sextremely high. duration of repair also varies depending on shop. this shop does everything from repair, part replacement, to repainting. other shops around it do repairs and parts replacement but rely on a spray painting shop to repaint - sextra charges outside of quote plus sextra time due to multi-shop scheduling and coordination issues. stupid. how can they compete with this shop?
