yesterday's industrial production came in at 6.1%, which has been declining for few years already. they are moving to consumer based economy and to rely less on industrial export. so it's logical that RMB is sliding but not to low. besides, there are too much outflow of money from china, and the reason why Xi is hot to to clamp down on corruption.
