‘North Korea is a time bomb’: government advisers urge China to prepare for war

“No matter whether there is war or peace, regretfully, China has no control, dominance or even a voice on the issue,” he said.

Last week, Jilin Daily, the official newspaper of the province bordering North Korea, published a full page of advice for residents on how to respond to a nuclear attack.

“Why do we always act like ostriches? Why do we always believe a war won’t occur?” Zhu said.

“What China needs is a sense of urgency about its declining influence in strategy related to the peninsula and the way it brings down China’s status and role in East Asian security issues.”

He also said Kim’s failure to meet Chinese envoy Song Tao during his trip to Pyongyang last month was a “humiliation” for China.

China ^& NK play a well designed drama to fool idoit Ang Moh into a death trap. Huat Ah! They fell for it! Sure die!

fat boy still rages about tiongland conspiring with his deceased uncle to depose and replace him with his deceased fat brother. the recurring theme and operative word is "deceased". tiongs within fat boy's nuclear radius will be deceased too. the primary focus of fat boy's pursuit for a nuclear tipped icbm is tiongland, secondary focus is japan and america. this zhu (geliang) guy living near the border to nk knows what's truly going on.

Dotard & his fellow military people, may play a dirty game....finally, when General MacArthur who could not nuke Peking; they can get fatboy Kim to nuke Beijing...

Fat Boy should enrol as a student in a US university and major in rocket science. I am quite certain he is pHd candidate. After graduate, can retire.

Cheers!

Reading news like this makes me wonder how we ended up in an even more restricted and self-censored state compared to a communist run country.

At least their academics and officials dare to make their foreign policy views which differ from official government stance known to the public. Contrast this with Singapore where a dean of a school simply expresses disagreement with the government on certain foreign policies and next moment a parade of cabinet ministers / senior officials scramble to heap condemnations on him that sometimes border on character assassination. Next moment the poor bugger is suddenly 'retired' from the school he was leading.
