One thing you should never forget before you travel is to always get a proper travel insurance.

The problem with current batch of peasants.
They don't believe in accident insurance. They don't believe in healthcare insurance.
If you can sell health care insurance to the masses, get them to buy. You'll be rich man. Even poor peasants buy from you.

If they have the insurance coverage, they would have been brought to treatment without asking for some silly charges and more charges.
