台媒盘点台军历年汉光演习意外 导弹差点炸死陈水扁

[环球时报综合报道]台军今年“汉光”演习事故频传，先是空军少校飞行员吴彦霆驾驶F-16战机不慎撞山殉职，5日一架靶机发射后，加力器的燃烧物掉落山坡，火势延烧约4个多小时。台湾媒体回顾历年发生的意外，导弹和鱼雷脱靶才是最大宗，甚至连亲临校阅的台湾地区领导人都为此受惊。
台湾联合新闻网6日回顾称，1994年9月台“汉光11”号演习三军联合火力展示在台东举行，时任领导人李登辉亲临校阅。这次演习因海军“成功”舰误击民间拖靶机，造成4名机员罹难，也是少数演习造成非军人伤亡的案例。这次重大失误让李登辉十分震惊，下令取消这项射击项目。在2003年9月的演习中，先是海军“成功”舰标准导弹误把空军“中科院”靶机打掉，导致“幻影2000”无靶可打，取消云母导弹试射；接着海军“剑龙”级潜艇“海龙号”发生鱼雷“失联”事故，最后这枚鱼雷自行“游”上宜兰沙滩，被当地渔民发现。海军为此大失颜面，时任“国防部长”汤曜明还向陈水扁及民众致歉。2006年7月“汉光22”号演习发射拖式导弹时严重脱靶，一枚落在距离时任领导人陈水扁约200米的海面爆炸，引发一场虚惊。有记者还捕捉到陈水扁鼓掌鼓到一半，看到导弹脱靶爆炸吃惊的表情。
除此以外，战机失事事故也不少，甚至波及新加坡。2007年5月，台空军一架F-5F战机执行“汉光”操演时，在新竹县湖口坠毁，两名飞行员殉职，并因撞击到地面，导致在台受训的新加坡“星光部队”两死两伤。新加坡国防部随后发表声明，表示将展开调查。台湾则向新加坡道歉。就在今年5月的“汉光34”号演习预演中，台中清泉岗模拟攻击军的航特部伞兵秦良丰在实施空降时坠地，目前他的生命迹象稳定。“自由电子报”提到，根据统计，“汉光”演习自1984年举行以来，已发生8起战机意外事故，造成11人死亡，其中F-16战机共发生7次坠机事故（不算今年这次），造成7名飞行员殉职。有媒体评论称，仅这半年内台湾空军就接连发生3起重大伤亡意外，不仅让当局颜面尽失，也令人怀疑岛内军方的作战能力。（余潞）
