all these homemade cookies are getting pricier and tastes just normal only. I think these home cooks just want to make a quick buck before CNY. i'd rather get house brand types from ntuc, giant and cold storage.

We may not need to celebrate CNY in future as Singapore will be full of indians and pinoys!

Why should the Chinese be affected by whoever is living next door or in the neighbourhood.
Regardless of the newer immigrants, if Chinese wish to celebrate CNY, go ahead.
In Toronto, it is more multi cultural, multi racial, and multi faith, but the residents decide on their own whether or not to continue with their traditions and celebrations.
