It's a shame how service staff are treated. When you're having a bad day, a shitty customer can really push you over the edge

some younger atb wait staff are very polite and cheerful. some grannies and their adult children are also very considerate. i saw a whole family of these tiongs not only return trays full of dirty dishes to the proper station but also clean the table spotless with wet wipes. older tiongs who sexperienced the cultural revolution as perpetrators (not victims) are the entitled and empowered arseholes. they are never brought to justice thus the overbearing and bullying behavior.
