中新网长春9月19日电 (记者 张瑶)吉林省公安厅出入境管理局19日发布消息，按照中国公安部部署，吉林省公安厅代表中国公安部于9月11日至13日、9月19日分两批向韩国警察厅移交11名韩国籍逃犯，这是中韩两国开展2018联合追逃行动以来取得的最重大战果。
2018年5月以来，吉林省吉林(市)、延边公安机关在开展临时居留外国人抽查和入户走访工作中，相继发现11名韩国籍人员居住处有大量电脑、路由器等物品，且行为可疑，遂带至公安机关逐一进行调查。
经两地公安机关缜密调查、细致讯问，11名韩国籍人员均为在吉林省境内针对韩国人实施网络电信诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人。经吉林省公安机关多次向韩国驻华使馆确认，上述11名韩国籍人员全部为韩国警方通缉的逃犯，其中包括2名国际刑警组织红色通缉犯，案件涉及128名韩国籍受害人，涉案金额高达58亿韩元。

吉林省公安机关共查获25台作案电脑、路由器9个、电话机44部、存储硬盘9个。9月5日，中国公安部致函吉林省公安厅，要求吉林省公安机关应韩国警方请求，将11名韩国籍逃犯正式移交韩国警方。
