China's average social support rate is only 1.1

Currently, China's average social support ratio is 1.1. What does this mean? One adult worker can only support 1.1 people. In other words, they can only support themselves. Beyond supporting themselves, they can't support a family. This is the current reality (for most ordinary Chinese people).

To sum it up: Our wages are far behind those in developed countries like Europe and America. The average social support rate in Japan and South Korea is three people, excluding him. The US social support rate is 4.8; the average in European countries like the UK, France, and Germany is 6.8. China's social support rate is one of the lowest in the world.

Our rapid economic growth has made our economy the world's second largest. Improving China's social support rate is a pressing priority. Too little of the economic growth is being used to improve people's lives. While our national economic strength is increasing significantly, our income levels remain low. People's lives require higher incomes. Without higher incomes, isn't talking about increasing consumption just empty talk?

The most urgent task is to increase income levels. This is the prerequisite for increasing consumption levels. Relying on loan interest subsidies to boost consumption capacity is counterproductive! Increasing the social support rate across society is the only way to address the current consumption slump. This is the only option!
