Is China 70 years ahead of India?
Definitely not.
China is 200 years ahead of India.

I went to India in the early 2000s as a part of a foreign study group from US. Even though we stayed in Mumbai in a 5 star hotel(not for luxury, but for water safety), almost all of us were sick in less than a week. My group lead suffered such a horrible sickness he could no longer eat meat afterwards(the sickness killed off some kind of enzyme in his body that he couldn’t recover). We took a similar trip to Beijing and Shanghai about a year later, and no one got sick even though we stayed at a much more modest 3 star hotel(then the minimum level hotel able to accept foreigners). So I think even back in early 2000, before China truly developed, its basic infrastructure was way better. I was told by my friends who recently went to India that water situation actually got worse if that was even possible. In American corporate world, almost no one wants to station in India even though no one will speak about it in public.

The crowded train you showed that was in Bangladesh not in India
Indian trains are better. Can carry more passengers hence more cost efficient.

Name 1 country that China has converted to communism. Can't name it? Which country in the BRICS alliance (apart from China) is commie? That's right: Zero, zilch, nada
China supported communist movement and insurgencies all over South East Asia.
But they lost all. Indeed nesua killed probably a million suspected communist and it's supporters. Zhou En lai had to bring in ships to save the Chinese from being slaughtered under suharto. You can find Indonesian influence in parts of Hainan and Guangzhou. These were refugees saved by China.
Same with Cambodia. Malaya. Sabah Sarawak. All china backed communist insurgents failed.

Agreed. But that was in the past.

After the fall of the Berlin Wall, communism is dead. The Chinese know it. And they have so bastardised their own brand of communism by combining one party dictatorship with capitalist reforms that their model is totally unsellable to any insurgent group.

Now the Chinese are more interested in luring nations into their ambit for trade and resource extraction to support its own economy, not in exporting ideology.

Even the PAP dare not use 'Marxism' anymore as an excuse to arrest oppo dissidents under the ISA.

I think you have no idea what superpowers have in mind. Just like the US, it's domination. Starting with South China Sea.

Domination for resources and trade routes. Not exporting ideology.

People who say that China is trying to export communism today (@Laskaboy) should have their heads examined.

Europe, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan are just a vassal state of US.
ASEAN will suffer same fate under China. Hence US trying their best to keep ASEAN under influence. Philippines definitely pro US as they may suffer huge territorial losses if China exert it's muscles.
Vietnam doing balancing act.
Malaysia already extracted oil and gas right in the middle of South China Sea when China was still Weak. Into Vietnam waters even. Where instead of quarrelling, they did a joint development. That time china did not protest so I think too late to claim back.

Marcos's illegal assets (billions) in the US will be frozen if they don't instigate a proxy war. That's why they're the only ASEAN state agitating for war with China.

Indonesia and Malaysia have made peace with China. Any claims China makes without encroaching on past contracts they'll let it be.

Vietnam is a perennial fence-sitter - 2,000 years of vassal status under Imperial China and the Vietnam War have taught them not to trust any big power.

Thailand is joining BRICS. Laos and Cambodia already Chinese vassals.

Myanmar is fragmenting and God knows how it will Balkanize.

That leaves Singapore.
