其实在神威E级计算机通过课题验收之前,天河三号E级计算机的原型机已经在2018年的7月22日通过了课题验收,而且预计将会在2020年前在原型机的基础上完成E级超级计算机研制制造,也就是说,最晚2020年,美国的SUMMIT超级计算机就会再一次成为中国的手下败将,而且是被10倍速度的优势碾压。
