综合消息：就在美国国家安全顾问奥布莱恩前天（11日）甩锅中国武汉，指责武汉在新冠肺炎疫情爆发之初，掩盖真相，致使全球其它国家在应对这场疫情方面足足被耽误了两个月。对此，我外交部针锋相对，外交部发言人赵立坚昨晚分别用中英文发布推特，质疑美国关于新型冠状肺炎疫情的透明度，并表示可能是美军去年10月在参加武汉世界军人运动会时将病毒带到武汉。


赵立坚写道：“美国疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）主任罗伯特·雷德菲尔德周三在众议院监督委员会承认，一些似乎死于流感的美国人在死后的诊断中被检测出新型冠状病毒呈阳性。”

Today, China’s Spokesperson & Deputy Director General, Information Department, Foreign Ministry Lijian Zhao 赵立坚 @zlj517 “officially” accuses United States of perpetuating the Coronvirus Covid-19 Pandemic, either covertly or by accident.
Beijing is now rejecting the narrative that the city of Wuhan is the birthplace of the outbreak.
Zhao Lijian went a step further by saying on Twitter that “it might be US Army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan”. And that some Influenza deaths were actually infected with coronavirus.

China suggested the U.S. military might have brought the coronavirus to the Chinese city of Wuhan.
China has taken great offence at comments by U.S. officials accusing it of being slow to react to the virus, and of not being transparent enough.
In a strongly worded tweet, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said it was the United States that lacked transparency.
“When did patient zero begin in US? How many people are infected? What are the names of the hospitals? It might be US army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan. Be transparent! Make public your data! US owe us an explanation!” Zhao wrote.
Here is a video showing U.S. health official admitted some flu victims were posthumously diagnosed as having had COVID-19, with some users saying it was evidence the virus originated in the US.
US CDC Director Robert Redfield Admitted that Coronavirus Deaths Have Been Miscategorized as Flu

The infections and deaths have been knowingly miscategorized for months, and the CDC ‘strongly’ recommended that hospitals not test for the virus except as a last resort. It is not an accident that the US has no reliable tests. They don’t want to test. Blame everything on the flu.
And now all meetings and discussions on the virus are classified, and all public information must be first cleared through the White House.
Zhao doubled down by posting a link to an article from the alternative news website Global Research — COVID-19: Further Evidence that the Virus Originated in the US

Dali Yang, a political science professor at the University of Chicago, said he believes Zhao was tweeting in his “official capacity”.
Larry Romanoff: As readers will recall from the earlier article (Shocking! Did Coronavirus Originate in the US?), Japanese and Taiwanese epidemiologists and pharmacologists have determined that the new coronavirus almost certainly originated in the US since that country is the only one known to have all five types – from which all others must have descended. Wuhan in China has only one of those types, rendering it in analogy as a kind of “branch” which cannot exist by itself but must have grown from a “tree”.

We also had the Japanese citizens infected in September of 2019, in Hawaii, people who had never been to China, these infections occurring on US soil long before the outbreak in Wuhan but only shortly after the locking down of Fort Detrick.
Notes:
Physicians noted in August 2019 that there was a flurry of lung pneumonia in the US, which American authority blamed on ‘vaping’ from e-cigarettes. However, the symptoms and conditions could not be explained by e-cigarettes.
Scientists wrote to the US officials postulating those deaths were likely due to coronavirus. Their warnings were ignored.
Prior to that, the US Military’s main biolab at Fort Detrick, Maryland was completely shut down by CDC with a “cease and desist” order to the military due to absence of safeguard measure against pathogen leakage. The ‘e-cigarette’ epidemic arose immediately after this event.
Then, on Chinese social media, another article appeared, aware of the above but presenting further details. It stated in part that five “foreign” athletes or other personnel visiting Wuhan for the World Military Games (October 18-27, 2019) were hospitalized in Wuhan for an undetermined infection.

10,000 soldiers from 109 countries will participate. 200 American military personnel participated in this 10 day Event.
The article explains more clearly that the Wuhan version of the virus could have come only from the US because it is what they call a “branch” which could not have been created first because it would have no ‘seed’. It would have to have been a new variety spun off the original ‘trunk’, and that trunk exists only in the US. (1)
There has been much public speculation that the coronavirus had been deliberately transmitted to China but, according to the Chinese article, a less sinister alternative is possible.
If some members of the US team at the World Military Games (18-27 October) had become infected by the virus from an accidental outbreak at Fort Detrick it is possible that, with a long initial incubation period, their symptoms might have been minor, and those individuals could easily have ‘toured’ the city of Wuhan during their stay, infecting potentially thousands of local residents in various locations, many of whom would later travel to the seafood market from which the virus would spread like wildfire (as it did).
Notes: Another interesting fact was the American military participants never win any gold medal, not even one single gold medal at the World Military Games. The give rise to the question if the “athletes” are even real, or are they actually experts tasked with the mission to “spread coronavirus”?
That would account also for the practical impossibility of locating the legendary “patient zero” – which in this case has never been found since there would have been many of them.
Next, Daniel Lucey, an infectious disease expert at Georgetown University in Washington, said in an article in Science magazine that the first human infection has been confirmed as occurring in November 2019, (not in Wuhan), suggesting the virus originated elsewhere and then spread to the seafood markets. “One group put the origin of the outbreak as early as 18 September 2019.” (2) (3)
Wuhan seafood market may not be source of novel virus spreading globally.
Description of earliest cases suggests outbreak began elsewhere.
The article states:
“As confirmed cases of a novel virus surge around the world with worrisome speed, all eyes have so far focused on a seafood market in Wuhan, China, as the origin of the outbreak. But a description of the first clinical cases published in The Lancet on Friday challenges that hypothesis.” (4) (5)
The paper, written by a large group of Chinese researchers from several institutions, offers details about the first 41 hospitalized patients who had confirmed infections with what has been dubbed 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
In the earliest case, the patient became ill on 1 December 2019 and had no reported link to the seafood market, the authors report. “No epidemiological link was found between the first patient and later cases”, they state. Their data also show that, in total, 13 of the 41 cases had no link to the marketplace. “That’s a big number, 13, with no link”, says Daniel Lucey . . . (6)
Earlier reports from Chinese health authorities and the World Health Organization had said the first patient had onset of symptoms on 8 December 2019 – and those reports simply said “most” cases had links to the seafood market, which was closed on 1 January. (7)
“Lucey says if the new data are accurate, the first human infections must have occurred in November 2019 – if not earlier – because there is an incubation time between infection and symptoms surfacing. If so, the virus possibly spread silently between people in Wuhan – and perhaps elsewhere – before the cluster of cases from the city’s now-infamous Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market was discovered in late December. “The virus came into that marketplace before it came out of that marketplace”, Lucey asserts.
“China must have realized the epidemic did not originate in that Wuhan Huanan seafood market”, Lucey told Science Insider. (8)
Kristian Andersen is an evolutionary biologist at the Scripps Research Institute who has analyzed sequences of 2019-nCoV to try to clarify its origin. He said the scenario was “entirely plausible” of infected persons bringing the virus into the seafood market from somewhere outside. According to the Science article,
“Andersen posted his analysis of 27 available genomes of 2019-nCoV on 25 January on a virology research website. It suggests they had a “most recent common ancestor” – meaning a common source – as early as 1 October 2019.” (9)
It was interesting that Lucey also noted that MERS was originally believed to have come from a patient in Saudi Arabia in June of 2012, but later and more thorough studies traced it back to an earlier hospital outbreak of unexplained pneumonia in Jordan in April of that year. Lucey said that from stored samples from people who died in Jordan, medical authorities confirmed they had been infected with the MERS virus. (10)
This would provide impetus for caution among the public in accepting the “official standard narrative” that the Western media are always so eager to provide – as they did with SARS, MERS, and ZIKA, all of which ‘official narratives’ were later proven to have been entirely wrong.
In this case, the Western media flooded their pages for months about the COVID-19 virus originating in the Wuhan seafood market, caused by people eating bats and wild animals. All of this has been proven wrong.
Not only did the virus not originate at the seafood market, it did not originate in Wuhan at all, and it has now been proven that it did not originate in China but was brought to China from another country. Part of the proof of this assertion is that the genome varieties of the virus in Iran and Italy have been sequenced and declared to have no part of the variety that infected China and must, by definition, have originated elsewhere.
It would seem the only possibility for origination is the US because only that country has the “tree trunk” of all the varieties. And it may therefore be true that the original source of the COVID-19 virus was the US military bio-warfare lab at Fort Detrick. This would not be a surprise, given that the CDC completely shut down Fort Detrick, but also because, as I related in an earlier article, between 2005 and 2012 the US had experienced 1,059 events where pathogens had been either stolen or escaped from American bio-labs during the prior ten years – an average of one every three days.

As all thing related to the “Deep State” and as long as the power-that-be doesn’t wish to the truth to come out in the open, there will be no such thing as irrefutable evidence, be it to support the “coronavirus is a bioweapon released against the Chinese by the US Government”, or any other conspiracies.
However, It would appears Anti-Sinoism is the single most likely explanation for the coronavirus outbreak. And the media’s favorite narrative, the “Bat Soup” is certainly not a good explanation as no live bat is known to have been consumed in China after the horrible SARS outbreak in 2003.
Apparently the infamous Bat Soup video wasn’t even shot in China — a popular vlogger, Wang Mengyun, uploaded a video clip of her devouring a bowl of bat soup and said it tastes “like chicken meat”, which triggered global outrage was not shot in Wuhan, let alone China. Originally filmed in 2016 in Palau, an archipelago in the western Pacific Ocean, it turned out to be a local delicacy there.
As pointed out by Zhao Lijian, we still do not have the “Patient Zero”, which would also fit into the Bioweapon Theory — as the US military would have infected more than one person at once in order for the virus to spread successfully.
Another thing I have pointed repeatedly is that the US State Department was behind the violent uprising in Hong Kong, which sought to destabilize the Chinese government — It has been openly admitted by various agencies within the US government and associated NGOs that the State Department’s National Endowment for Democracy (NED) was the main driver behind the far-left violence seen in the island city.

In my humble opinion, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, whom I consider a lunatic psychopath was the architect of the Hong Kong “Color Revolution”. It would appear the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak emerged just when the violence in Hong Kong was beginning to subside — an indication that upon seeing the Hong Kong Color Revolution could not accomplish the goal of destabilizing China’s economy and causing the Chinese people to lose faith in their government, Mike Pompeo and his ilks decided to pull the trigger on releasing a bioweapon instead? .

Clearly, the coronavirus is out of control right now. And obviously the goal was not for the virus to leave China. I believe the goal was to create another massive disruption like SARS. And unfortunately for the perpetrators, things spun out of control and the virus is now making the rounds in the U.S. instead, because Americans are not especially competent, and they’re known to act irrationally as a result of the fears of a rising China — a phenomenon I call “Dragophobia”.
I hope the dignified Chinese folks will continue to discuss the mysterious origins of the evil coronavirus Covid-19. It would be a good idea for the Chinese to dig into (and point out the fact) DARPA, as they have been doing research and development of coronavirus bioweapons. DARPA’s likely the mother of the bio-engineered bioweapons known as Covod-19.
As more and more people die, and the chaos rages across the planet, people will eventually going to demand a better explanation than the no brainer “Bat Soup” narrative.

Chinese Regime Aggressively Pushes Narrative That Coronavirus Came From US

Chinese state media have mistranslated comments made by U.S. officials during a recent congressional hearing in order to push the Chinese regime’s new propaganda narrative: that the novel coronavirus originated in the United States.
This claim was then amplified by a spokesperson for China’s foreign ministry, who raised the question of whether the U.S. military introduced the virus to China.
The global pandemic originated in Wuhan, capital of China’s Hubei province, where thousands have died of the disease caused by the virus, COVID-19.
Chinese media outlets first promoted the U.S. origin narrative in late February, after China’s top epidemiologist Zhong Nanshan said at a press conference that there was a possibility the novel coronavirus did not originate from China.
Distorted Report
Several Chinese state media outlets published wrong translations of an exchange between U.S. Representative Harley Rouda (D-Calif.) and Dr. Robert Redfield, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) during a hearing on March 11.
Rouda asked Redfield whether there was a possibility that some people in the United States died of COVID-19 before they were properly tested and diagnosed for the novel coronavirus, as the symptoms are similar to the seasonal flu.
Redfield replied: “Some cases have been actually diagnosed in that way in the United States today.”
But Chinese state-run media mistranslated this exchange to insinuate that Redfield admitted to people dying of COVID-19 earlier in the flu season in the United States.
Global Times, Beijing News, and other outlets also cited CDC statistics to give Chinese readers the impression that large numbers of Americans have already died of the virus. “According to the U.S. CDC, at least 34 million Americans are infected with influenza this season, and 20,000 of them have died.”
On March 12, Zhao Lijian, spokesperson for China’s foreign affairs ministry, posted on Twitter a video of the exchange along with the mistranslated Chinese subtitles. Then, in English, he wrote: “Some influenza deaths were actually infected with COVID-19, Robert Redfield from US CDC admitted at the House of Representatives.”
In a second tweet, Zhao insinuated that the CDC had covered up the real number of coronavirus infections. “CDC was caught on the spot. When did patient zero begin in US? How many people are infected?…It might be US army [sic] who brought the epidemic to Wuhan,” he wrote.
Training Materials for Internet Trolls
The Epoch Times obtained training materials for internet trolls issued by the Chinese Cyberspace Administration, the regime’s chief agency for internet censorship.
Chinese internet trolls, known as the “50-cent army,” work to regulate internet speech by deleting information deemed “sensitive or harmful” by the regime, as well as by posting pro-Beijing propaganda and directing online discussion away from topics that are critical of the regime.
The documents provided instruction on various trolling techniques, such as: hiding their real identities on social media by registering under different names, using different phrasing to convey the same message, having several trolls post and interact about the same topic to boost its ratings, and guiding netizens to make comments that are pro-Beijing.
The training document also advised trolls to influence netizens by initiating private chat conversations.
On social media platforms where it is harder for trolls to influence the narrative, the documents suggest two approaches: posting fake information to interfere with the netizens’ user experience, and posting a large amount of nonsensical posts to cause chaos.
A document, purporting to be propaganda guidelines relating to the coronavirus outbreak in the United States has recently circulated on Chinese social media. It contained narratives meant to direct blame towards and highlight deficiencies in the United States’ political system.
Although the document’s authenticity could not be verified, Zhao’s comments and state media reports mirror the talking points contained in the document.
