一、利刃在手，只待出鞘
遥感影像显示，7月8日美军已向阿联酋扎弗拉增派大量F-15战斗机。其中，扎弗拉空军基地卫星影像显示，7月8日露天停驻F-15战斗机26架，数量较之前大幅增加，从战机数量、涂装看，该基地已进驻2个F-15战斗机中队。F-15战斗机作为世界上最出色的三代机之一，主要用于夺取制空权和对地攻击，作为主力参与美多次战争，目前仍是美空军主力战机。

同时遥感智库注意到，扎弗拉空军基地此前停驻的F-35战斗机已消失不见。综合2处机场美军隐形战机情况来看，遥感智库判断美军并未将F-35战机转场，而是就地隐藏。除了保养维护，更多的是隐藏其位置、数量等动向信息，规避伊朗侦察监视。关键时刻由F-22、F-35战机组成的隐形战机编队，足以起到“一脚踹门”的关键作用。

三、拉弦置箭，隔空扫物

四、十八般兵器就位，任尔吹拉弹唱
综合高景卫星影像分析，7月8日，乌代德空军基地进驻3架EA-18G电子战飞机；7月10日，基地进驻1架RC-135S导弹观测机。其中，EA-18G电子战飞机（“咆哮者”）可以有效干扰 160 千米外的雷达和其它电子设施，号称当今战斗力最强的电子干扰机，又是电子干扰能力最强的战斗机；RC-135S导弹观测机（“眼镜蛇球”—编号61-2662、61-2663和62-4128）的任务是收集弹道导弹信号特征、遥测数据和通信情报以及战区弹道导弹防御。

上述机型搭配此前常驻谢赫伊撒空军基地的P-3C反潜巡逻机、EP-3侦察机，扎弗拉空军基地“全球鹰”无人机、KC-10加油机、E-3预警机、U-2高空侦察机，乌代德空军基地RC-135V/W电子侦察机、E-8监视与指挥机等各型号支援保障飞机。可对伊朗境内重要目标实施电子、反潜、侦察、电子压制等多重任务，为主要军机提供情报、通信、加油等全方面保障。
