央视网消息（新闻联播）：江苏响水天嘉宜公司“3·21”爆炸事故发生后，国家相关部门和江苏省立即启动应急预案，全力展开火灾处置、人员搜救、医疗救护、环境监测等工作。今天，国务院决定成立江苏响水天嘉宜公司“3·21”特别重大爆炸事故调查组并已开展调查工作。
爆炸事故发生后，应急管理部、江苏省立即启动应急响应，由化工、消防专家组成的工作组紧急赶赴现场，调集周边地区的192辆消防车、930多名消防救援人员，进入核心区域控制火势并全力搜救被困人员。
现场周边的罐体仍在猛烈燃烧，为确保作业区域的安全，消防员们用钢绳对被困人员身边的石块进行固定，进入废墟徒手清理搬运石块。
被困男子被安全救出，他赶紧向救援人员借手机给家人报平安。
今天早上7点，爆炸现场3处着火的储罐和5处着火点明火已基本被扑灭，从爆炸发生到今天下午15点，消防救援人员共搜救出112名被埋受困人员。

本次发生事故的江苏天嘉宜化工有限公司占地面积约220亩，现有职工195人，主要生产化学原料和化学制品，经营范围包括间羟基苯甲酸、苯甲醚等。天嘉宜化工有限公司在响水负责的总经理张某岳在事故中受伤现正在接受救治，其他相关人员均已被公安机关控制。
