Was it piped gas or on pressurused tanks? If piped, they should call the gas company instead of trying to replace the valve themselves. Whole neighbourhood can be destroyed in a piped gas explosion.

1. Gas has been leaking for more than an hour. Employees and management can smell the gas.
2. The Right thing to do is shut down restaurants to prevent an explosion.
3. Manager wants to keep the restaurant open because peak hour to make $$$$$$.
