She is good, but Jolie Tsai's version is more appropriate for the meaning of the song. Jolie starts with a melodious tempo and then build up to the crescendo with the accents on the words to deliver the punch whereas Li Pei Ling starts with the staccato tempo and when it comes to the crescendo, she is not able to deliver it with a different variation to bring out the punch.
