Chickens meant for chicken rice left on floor by food stall vendor at Hougang Central

Which stall is this? Anyone knows?

STOMPer Alzel noticed that the vendor at a chicken rice stall in Hougang Central had placed the chickens meant for the dish on the floor.

Said the STOMPer:

"This is a famous chicken rice stall in Hougang Central, outside Hougang Mall.

"But his chickens are left lying on the floor, is this hygienic food preparation practice?

"I have seen these a few times, and he does it during the morning.

"But his business is good, as people queue for the chicken rice."

Its raw chicken lah... he will still have to cook them, so not as bad

You might as well say...the chicken are dead!! (:- the stall must have connection with the "members", the owner rub shoulders with the right people, that is why NEA just turn one blind eye...

If you go to the hypermarts, you would be served by the same person selling raw meat and cooked meat while using the same gloves. If you write and complain to NEA, I guarantee you they will write back to you that their officers did not see anything unusual. And if you visit their website, you will also found very few establishments got suspended. I think they should accept job applications by blind people.

This what we call 'connections', those who check, would have been taken for a GOOD BREAKFAST or shown the best goodies in the store for a preview, ha ha ha. But if this "ah huat" hyermarket or stall, you bet the NEA people will be able to spot a germ without a microscope & count the number of germs with their naked eyes.

It is best to have connection....you pay for your groceries, what the lady ask? "member" & "passion"..ha ha ha ha
