台大接錯管疏失 衛福部：根本沒通報

台大醫院加護病房爆發洗腎透析機器接錯管的重大醫療疏失，不僅醫改會今（24）日出面痛批，台大醫院沒接受第三方調查，自己說了算，根本是球員兼裁判。就連衛福部也表示，台大第一時間根本沒通報，是透過媒體才知道，目前已經請衛生局調查，若確實是醫院疏失造成患者死亡，最重停業處分。

台大醫院加護病房爆發洗腎接錯管的重大醫療疏失，衛福部表示，現在已請衛生局著手進行調查。台大身為龍頭教學醫院，卻意外把洗腎透析機器接錯管路，衛福部研判，應該是國內醫學中心首次出現這樣的醫療疏失。
衛福部醫事司長石崇良：「不知道，我們沒有接到什麼通報。」衛福部醫事司長石崇良說，臺大醫院根本沒通報，衛福部也是透過媒體才知道，目前已請衛生局調查，若確定醫院疏失將祭重罰。
石崇良：「如果調查結果顯示，醫療機構有明顯的管理疏失，造成病人的傷亡的話，會依照醫療法118條，可處以10萬元以上、50萬元以下的罰鍰，情節嚴重也可以給予停業處分。」

醫改會副執行長朱顯光：「這幾次事件我們看到的都是，醫院可能很消極的等媒體披露了或病家抱怨了，才擠牙膏式的回應，整個調查也是台大醫院說了算，自己有沒有球員兼裁判，可能都很難解決外界的疑慮。」
醫改會也出面痛批，台大事發後僅僅一紙聲明，卻對疏失原因隻字未提，透過媒體報導才被動回應，甚至對外表示接錯管和患者死亡無關連，沒接受第三方獨立調查，根本球員兼裁判。
朱顯光：「因為從幾年前的台大愛滋器捐事件，或是手術室火災致死的事件，醫改會就一直呼籲說，政府和醫界都應該重新檢討我們對重大醫療事故處理的態度，因為這些處理的態度和機制都讓我們覺得很失望。」
