That is if u think all unpopular decisions are necessarily good for the country. In Singapore, the unpopular decisions are unpopular simply because the people knows that they are not designed to make the lives of the people but to increase govt revenue eternally and to make lives easier for the govt linked companies such that they can operate at a lower cost framework - all the expense of the people!
