"My mother and I were exercising near a big field opposite Christ Church Secondary School this morning (Dec 6) when we saw a man run past us at about 7.30am.

"While running past us, he pulled down his pants till half of his buttocks could be seen.

"A while later, my mother and I then saw him take off his shirt and pull his pants down again when running past a woman.

"After she saw the man, she ran past us quickly.

"My mother exercises regularly in this area and she believes this man is not a regular around the area.

"He might appear again and aim to do the same to other women, regardless of age or race."
