How can construction work be allowed to go on without proper lighting?

STOMPer Peter fears for the safety of the workers who were seen working at night without proper lighting.

He told STOMP in an email on Mar 22:

"These workers were seen erecting a shed at night without any lighting.

"They were working on raised platforms without safety harnesses or the necessary protection.

"I saw this in front of the market at Eunos Crescent."
