Jesus Christ is Son of God, Son of Man and last prophet. No word shall be added after Revelation 22:21. Anyone claiming to speak for God thereafter is committing blasphemy and apostasy. In Islam, Jesus is Son of Man but not Son of God. He's of Virgin Birth and will have a Second Coming but Muhammad was the last prophet on earth. Any Muslim, whether imam or layman claiming to speak for Allah (God) would probably be sentenced to death, excommunicated to committed to a mental asylum.

Actually CHC claims to be in no denomination, in the sense that it doesn't even see itself as Protestant according to some members, although the model is clearly Lutheran.

The trouble with new age church is that they are branch of protestant church that is a law onto themselves. Collecting tithes is the central tenet of their existence and they do with this formula - collect money to build church, collect money to run church and again collect money to build another new church. The leaders slice of a % from these.

NCC collects conservatively 750K per month from committed tithes while there is more from general collections. Its a honey pot.

Most people subconsciously pay thinking that god is behind it.

Even various branches of Islam requires control where tithes are concerned and its a very small sum.

All you need is a bible and no licence to create a christian church. You can't do that with another religion as the authorities will step in. They are required to link into one of the main religion organisations.
