Charged with hurting boyfriend

A WOMAN was charged in court on Wednesday with causing hurt to her boyfriend with a knife. Koo Yoke Pei, 28, an administrative assistant, is alleged to have used the knife on 31-year-old manager Koh Yee Meng at a flat off Jalan Besar last Saturday. She is out on police bail. A pre-trial conference will be held on June 21. If convicted, she faces a jail term of up to seven years and/or a fine.
