No choice.
SMRT management say they don't want to over maintain. If over maintain, it will affect their profitability of the company. So in the end hurt the own pocket of this higher management.
So it better to inconvenient the Peasant a bit with some more break down, then to hurt the pockets of the people inside SMRT.

So Auntie, please bear with it. You got no fucking choice.
