Too many - not only CECA - do not have the skills to handle "too powerful" cars.
There are many similar accidents whereby the car's power is simply too big, to handle by non-experienced drivers, yes / no ?
CECA's Attitudes - from my observations - is that because they hold "higher" paying jobs here, most are Arrogant, and often tilt theit chins angle-higher and condesend' lesser-paid mortals.
And in CECA-dominated neighbourhoods, manywalk the road as if they Own the Road, refusing to shift to the side and give way to passing vehicles, yes / no ?
Would the Internet Sleuths find out, this CECA's name, Profession, Background ?
The current Laws relating to such accidents are NOT Punitive enough, and Social media Pressure is much needed to change the existing Laws
I believe that the Staff at Traffic Polis are over-worked,.. too many pending cases,.. backlog for ovver a year, perhaps two or more,.. <-True / False ?
