Chinese men love to patronise Indian barbers so they must not mind the odour of the shop and the scissors, comb, perfume etc.

Vintage Indian barber shops smell nice. I believe they used the talcum powder brand 'Holiday on Ice'.

Better to give business to the local keling barbers than some ungrateful jiuhu kias or boorish Tiongs working at some scammy haircut shops.

My Indian barber still uses Brylcreem, Old Spice and Hazeline Snow at his old school shop.
