Using the people's money to pay the people to buy votes. That seems to be the mantra of PAPpy.
Isn't the $1.5m from the people of Singapore? More importantly, why is our money only given to a certain section of the population? Even more importantly, is this not one of PAPpy's divisive ideas (like the PA), which opposition wards will never benefit from?
Isn't re-distributing financial resources through CDCs a way for PAPpy to deny opposition wards this financial help? This is no different from the point PM Lee so unabashedly implied that the PA is meant to serve the PAPpy and not the people.
