Boy is now 8, and his survival and birth story was a great adventure, when a great flood hit his home town displaced tens of thousands and lost hundreds of homes. CCP Militarized Police Force (武警) rescue troops also lost and injured many of their warriors who brave weather and water currents in the flood dying to evacuate the trapped and endangered peasant. Among the peasants were this boy's mother then pregnant, and close to giving birth of him. In the panic running from flood destroyed hometown, the boy prematurely got delivered due to mother suffering great physical distress in danger of her own live.
In the natural world or hunting world or fishing world, we saw that many pregnant animals or sharks delivered their premature off-springs, when mother was hunted, caught, injured or killed, this is naturals way to prevent babies from death when in case mothers knows that they are soon to die, they do not want to die with babies, hope that prematurely delivered babies could escape from mother's carcass to seek own chance of survival.

Prematurely born boy is not very healthy and the Militarized Police (武警) medical center followed on his care until today, to regularly give him health checkup at their hospital, and he is due to go school they gave him free school bag kits.
How is this compared to PAP kindergartens?
Boy parents named him 党诚 = Reliance of Party (CCP) for if not Militarized Police (武警) died themselves fighting to rescue from flood none of the mother nor boy would survive then. They truly believe CCP is the strong reliable guardian angle to ensure best chance of peasant survival against odds and natural disasters.

In September 2017, You Duancheng, who has already read primary school, was forced to leave home for an allergic purpura. In early May of this year, the Jiangxi Provincial Armed Police Corps Hospital learned about the condition of You Duancheng during a family visit.
