<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"-->THE highly decomposed body found in a forested area off Sembawang Road last week has been identified as cabby Yuen Swee Hong, 58.
Police have arrested a suspect - a Chinese national - in connection to his death.
The 30-year-old suspect will be charged in court on Wednesday with murder, which carries the death penalty on conviction.
Mr Yuen was believed to have been robbed and killed.
It is understood that the Special Operations Command and the Police Dog Unit combed the area for clues for almost 15 hours after the grisly find.
Mr Yuen was one of the two bodies discovered last week. The body of 35-year-old Bharat Singh was retrieved from the Singapore River opposite The Riverwalk complex on Sunday morning.

　　四天前在三巴旺路的丛林发现的腐尸，揭发了德士司机遭人劫杀的命案，警方经过连日来的追查后迅速破案，逮捕一名涉案男子。
　　落网嫌犯是30多岁的华族男子，相信来自中国，预料明天将在谋杀罪名下被控上法庭。据悉，涉案歹徒可能不只一人。一般相信，死者和嫌犯并不认识，嫌犯的谋杀罪名若成立，将面对死刑。
　　警方是在本月17日接获发现腐尸的通报后，赶到现场进行大规模搜寻，结果在丛林中找到尸体。
　　经过详细调查后，警方确定死者是一名58岁的男性华族德士司机，已婚。死者的尸体被发现时，已经高度腐烂。
　　据目击者说，上星期五傍晚6时许，四辆镇暴车和一辆警犬车在三巴旺公园附近的惹兰孟布隆路出现。
　　接着，多名刑事侦查人员和超过20名警员牵着警犬，在该条路和惹兰士林曼附近的丛林，进行地毯式搜寻，前后长达15小时。整个搜索范围估计有四五个足球场那么大。
相信有三人
假装乘客登德士 　　据悉，相信共有三名华族男子假装乘客，登上死者的德士，并在德士来到偏僻地点后展开抢劫行动。一般相信，死者应该是在其他地方被人谋害后，遭凶手运尸到三巴旺公园，再将尸体丢弃在偏僻丛林里。死者的德士也在案发地点附近寻获，凶器过后也一并寻获。

WKS will say FTs are here to stay, fault is the locals who get killed by FTs. So MHA is "considering" to pass a law so that it is a crime to be killed by FTs.

I already mentioned in my recent post that many murder cases in Singapore has to do with PRC presence here. So this murdered incident proves the truth again. Gan Kim Yong said: Never bow to Singaporean. Now this is the kind of result Singapore get and don't expect the crime statistic to show the true data, Singapore govt is good in hiding the bad to show only the good thing.
