The cabby did not force them to accept the fare or approach them at all .
Usually, they are waiting for their regular to call them as in standby 24/7 at anytime .
In the first place , the pax should not have agreed if the price he cannot accept .
The pax are the one approaching him and not the other way round .
The pax’s purpose of accepting the rate is to set a trap and make him lose his livelihood.
