Summary: poor young man from Sabah just graduated, met with car accident together with gf near JB area. GF survived while he couldn't make it. Parents came JB from Sabah to settle his 身后事. Relatives drove them to Senai airport to take plane back to Sabah. Before that stopped at a petrol station to pump petrol, then 4 Malay robbers came and robbed them. The robbers saw the father held the urn tight tight, thought it must ber very valuable, so snatched it away and ran away.

（柔佛‧新山18日訊）父親忍著“白頭人送黑頭人”的傷痛，自東馬沙巴千里迢迢來到新山為不幸在車禍中被燒死的愛兒處理身後事後，卻遇到4名巫裔劫匪，將骨灰甕搶走。
痛失愛兒的雙親承受雙重打擊！不知如何尋回愛兒骨灰！
這起事件於昨日凌晨5時許在新山地不佬大道，靠近蘇麗雅花園的一家油站發生。死者的親屬是在添油的過程中，遭到劫匪搶劫。
代表家屬發言的吳國文，是年輕死者龍文星的舅舅。
他表示，姐姐一家在接獲外甥死於意外的消息後，姐夫就自沙巴飛抵新山處理孩子的身後事，而吳國文的姐姐則留在沙巴。
“我的姐夫在處理完孩子的身後事後，在凌晨5時許由女婿載他到士乃機場，卻在油站添油時，被4名巫裔劫匪打搶，匪徒也把姐夫抱在懷里的骨灰甕搶走。”
骨灰甕裝在白色環保袋
被歹徒搶走的骨灰甕，呈白玉色的圓體形。被搶走時，是裝在一個白色的環保袋中。
吳國文說，他們已經報案，嘗試在事發地點附近搜尋，並深入到馬來甘榜地帶。
剛領大學文憑
死者車禍亡
匪徒搶走的骨灰屬於死者尤文星（22歲），他剛領取大學畢業文憑，在星期日（14日）凌晨2時45分左右，在吉隆坡開車返回新山途中，於南北大道東甲往巴莪的149.1公里處發生車禍。
據瞭解，事發時，尤文星是與同年的女友共車從吉隆坡返新山途中，在上述地點失控撞上路旁草地的輾壓機。
車禍發生後，2名路過的大道巡邏員迅速協助女傷者逃離車外，不過，正當他們試圖將雙腳被夾的尤文星拉出車外時，火勢卻極速燒到前方來，令2人束手無策，只好眼睜睜看著男司機被大火吞噬。
據悉，甫畢業不久的死者原擬到新加坡找工，詎料，他卻在領取大學文憑後返回新山途中遇禍身亡。
家屬求神問卜被告知
骨灰甕棄新山甘榜
尤文星的家人返回沙巴後，因心裡仍繫著一併被搶走的骨灰甕，唯有尋求管道求神問卜，結果被告知尤文星的骨灰甕被丟棄在新山一個馬來甘榜的草地上，而且“甕已破裂，令骨灰散落一地”。
不過，據悉，有關指點迷津的神明向尤文星的家人指出，尤文星的魂魄在招魂儀式後已附在一把雨傘內，並且已順利“跟隨”家人返回家鄉，惟骨灰能重新找回來，還是比較好的。
由於事發的油站附近，就有數個馬來甘榜，因此，相信尤文星的家人才會在昨日返回沙巴後不久，又於今日回到了新山，希望可以順利在所謂的馬來甘榜處，尋回尤文星的骨灰。
他猜測，由於姐夫當時抱著他孩子的骨灰甕，讓劫匪誤以為那是貴重的物品，因此搶走骨灰甕。
“姐夫當時因為過於傷心並且六神無主，就這樣搭了飛機回沙巴。過後才猛然醒覺，不能讓孩子｀死無全屍’，無法｀回’到家鄉，所以現在姐夫也已來到新山，處理相關事宜，希望能夠尋回孩子的骨灰。”
他也與當時目擊案發經過的姐夫回到事發地點，並研究劫匪可能逃跑的路線，以便追蹤骨灰甕的下落。

JOHOR BARU - Cancer-stricken former Gelang Patah MP Tan Ah Eng slept through a robbery at her home after her husband pleaded with the four parang-wielding men to leave her alone.

The masked robbers had climbed in from the front gate into the single-storey house in Taman Sri Lanang in Kota Tinggi here.

Tan's personal assistant Goh Teck Guan said there were six people in the house, including Tan, who was asleep in her room during the incident at 7.30am on Tuesday.

"The robbers ordered Tan's husband Tan Hee Miang, their two children, her brother-in-law and their maid to be quiet or risk being harmed.

"Hee Miang told the robbers not to disturb his cancer-stricken wife inside the bedroom and the robbers adhered to the request," Goh said yesterday.

Goh said the robbers fled with their loot without hurting anyone.

Kota Tinggi OCPD Supt Mohd Nor Rashid said the robbers got away with three laptop computers, several mobile phones and RM2,000 (S$792.88) in cash.

Teacher gunned down at junction

KULIM - A teacher was shot dead when he stopped his car at a traffic light junction in Keladi here.

K. Shanmugam, 45, died on the spot from numerous gunshot wounds on his body.

Police who rushed to the scene recovered nine bullet casings.

It is learnt that a pillion rider on a motorcycle fired at Shanmugam who was alone in the car during the incident at 12.20pm yesterday.

Shanmugam, who teaches in Berapit, Bukit Mertajam, lost control of the vehicle after being shot and rammed into another car. His body has been sent to the Sungai Petani Hospital for a post-mortem.

It is learnt that Shanmugam was detained by the police last month over a robbery case but was subsequently released.

Kulim OCPD Supt Ghuzlan Salleh, who confirmed the shooting, said the case was being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
