Think this is like a scenario like when computers becoming common in the late 90s and early 2000s. A lot of the boomers unable to cope and got left behind. Further left behind when smart phones took over.
Quite surprised Mitsubishi is on the list. But cannot totally blame them. Japan is an aging population. And Asian culture is usually only top to bottom hierarchy. Totally no feedback from bottom to top.
With the onslaught of cheap Chinese EVs, I fear for Japanese brands as they're the only brands I personally drove and have a fond affinity for.
