Can we keep banana in the fridge

This was before covid n I was only 30 plus then. Now year by year declining.
Now sometime run road , park , stadium.
I choose an incline route for training. I want to control running. Too much cardio will cause muscle lost.
That is why I need to learn to build muscle in gym
 
That is 6m pace but continuously for 10k. Very good already
The last time I did 10km is 78 mins. Hot weather plus inclined ground.

I treat it as endurance training. Very tough for me. The heat plus up hill pain.
