Is Ah Wong a good minister?

By LKY's standard,he is out because he is not a scholar nor Ivy /Oxbridge.

Only BA-pass degree fr NUS(old)

Track rcord wise,personal manger in HP.

I heard he became minister because he is the nephew in law of LKY.

Performance I only remember Mat & NPO(neighbourhood police post)
